By using BirDaddio, you agree to adhere to these Community Guidelines, which complement our Terms of Service. Reporting Concerns: If you encounter any content or behavior on BirDaddio that you believe violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service, please use the “Report” feature or email birdaddio@birdaddio.net to alert us. We take all reports seriously in our effort to keep BirDaddio safe.

Your Contributions:

Originality is Key: Unless otherwise authorized, ensure that all content you share is your own original work. Respect copyright laws, and do not plagiarize or use others' work without permission.
Respect Rights: Do not post anything that infringes on the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or any proprietary rights.
Keep It Lawful and Respectful: We do not allow content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, abusive, or hateful. We strive for civility; disagreements are fine, but always treat others with respect.
Truthfulness Matters: Your posts should be truthful and accurate. Share genuine opinions and facts.
Appropriate Links: Only include relevant and appropriate links. Avoid links to adult content, illegal activities, or other objectionable content forms.
Promote Positivity: Do not promote illegal activities, violence, or sexually explicit content. Contributions should foster a positive, constructive environment.
Be Authentic: Do not impersonate others or falsely represent yourself. Ensure your contributions are genuinely from you and reflect your true identity.
Language: Our primary language is English. Content in other languages may be removed unless specifically relevant to our community.
No Spam or Flooding: Avoid spamming or flooding the community with repetitive messages. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and commercial solicitations are prohibited.

BirDaddio has the sole discretion to determine whether content violates these guidelines. Violations may result in a warning, temporary or permanent removal of content or access, legal action to recover costs resulting from the breach, and/or notification to law enforcement as necessary.
